We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as it was, undamaged or unused, marked, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the restoration, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned to us without requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Injuries and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if something is defective, damaged or if you find something wrong so that we can review the issue and fix it.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personal items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Nor do we accept the return of hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for merchandise or gift cards.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your refund, and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and submit a refund.
